If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, simply send it back within 14 days from receipt to PO Box 100, Sorrento VIC 3943 via a trackable service and send us a message with your tracking number and order number.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund for the cost of the product. Please note we do not refund on shipping costs and also cannot refund on any parcels not received or without a proof of delivery.
